Cannot access the auction house on FH4

I have been playing the game for about 4 days now and I soon realized that I didn't not have the same type of experience that everyone else was getting. The Auction House and the "Find New Tunes" are both unavailable due to this message "locked privilege
this feature is blocked per your xbox live parental control setting "

Before I get suggested to see some links, I have been scrambling through the website trying to find fixes and NONE of them have worked.

I could find more but I would have to go back and scroll through my history which is time that I would not want to waste. Point being, I need a solution that would remove the parental controls entirely. I've set everything in my privacy account o public
which multiple threads have told me to do and nothing has changed in the game. Anything at this point would help me.

cannot access auction house

my son has forza horizon 3 and has never been able to access auction house & forzathon rewards & clubs. He has played almost 100 hours, and has over 18,000,000 fans. xbox console says to go to parental restrictions on xbox.com but navigating to that specific
area is tricky and unclear. other comments on this forum say to play through the game more. is this right? would appreciate responses. thanks.

For us to have a better overview of your concern, kindly answer the following questions:

1. Are you encountering the same issue when playing other games?

2. Are you using an Xbox One or Xbox 360?

3. Have you tried using a different Xbox account and check if the same thing occurs?

Also I have tried using the virtual agent support system and I have been waiting in there countless times for more than an hour with it telling me "people waiting : 0" so I don't know whats up with that.

 

The best if to you access Forza Horizon Official Forums. Just look for the issue or post it.

 

When you're given the prompt for the virtual agent in step two. Select No thanks underneath the get started green button. Seeing that there's no option listed underneath the games category to start a chat with support. Try selecting 'My account' for step
one. In step two select 'Manage account' listed under more topics. Skip to step four and then select 'Chat with Xbox Support'. They should be able to help you get the issue resolved for your accounts locked privileges.
