Cannot access Services and Subscriptions for my account. Keep getting "Try again later."

Okay, Since they are escalating and handling it, I think it's probably best that I leave it to that team rather than give you advice that may make the situation worse. If they find that it is something that Xbox or an Xbox Employee can take care of let me know and I will do my best for you.

I'm sorry I didn't update this thread. I don't recall if I had to call Microsoft -- but Microsoft support had to manually fix it for me. Maybe it was through PMs or e-mail. Sorry I don't remember . . .

I think I searched the net (Google search engine) and found a couple of phone numbers for Microsoft Support. Sorry, I didn't make note of the number. I should have -- it may help me in the future.

Oh, I mean on your phone's browser go to account.microsoft.com and find your subscriptions.

Yesterday I spent an hour on chat with a tech from Microsoft and he couldn't figure it out. He took control of my PC and still couldn't figure it out. He's escalated the problem (with a new case number). Bottom line (for now) is that there is something botched up with my Microsoft account and it has nothing to do with which browser I use. And it's only one part of my Microsoft account that's screwed up.

Under Microsoft account I can access the tabs Your Info, Privacy, Security, Rewards, Payment and Billing, and Devices. I just can't access Services and Subscriptions.

Having the same issue. This must be a Microsoft issue and don't want people leaving.

Edit: I managed to cancel on my xbox itself.

I have the same issue since this Friday.
