Cannot access second **** maps.

Hello all

I recently purchased battlefield 4 premium for my xbox 1. I assume it installed because it shows me as premium in the main menu and all the battlepacks that come with it show up as well. The problem is it will not let me play any second **** maps, this is
what I purchased it for.

In the server browser any map that I highlight I can then click A to join, except for second **** maps, it says click A to buy dlc. If I then click A usually nothing happens, but every once in a while it will take me to a purchase screen, if I then click
buy it tells me I already own it and to go to my games and apps. If I do this and launch it from there it shows up but it does the same thing again and again.

It will not even let me spectate a second **** map, if I try it places me in a queue no matter how many free slots are open in the game. All the maps show up and are checked in the server editor.

I can play china rising maps fine but I already had them when I purchased premium.

Anyone have any idea as to what I can do? I do not want to cancel payment on my cc but I am not going to spend $50 for a few battlepacks.

MW3 MAPS

We are aware some customers cannot access MW3 after downloading the Collection 4 DLC on Xbox 360. If you cannot access MW3 after downloading the content, click
here.

[table][tr][td]If you've downloaded DLC Collection 4 and cannot access Modern Warfare 3, please follow these steps:

1. From the Xbox LIVE Dashboard, go to Settings and select System
2. Select Storage
3. Select Hard Drive
4. Select Games and Apps
5. Select Modern Warfare 3
6. Find and select "Collection 4: Final Assault Marketplace Content"
7. Select Delete
8. Launch Modern Warfare 3 and you should now be able to access the Collection 4 content

This will delete a key that is required to download DLC Collection 4, but will not delete the content. The key can be re-downloaded from the Xbox LIVE Marketplace if you need to re-download all of the DLC Collection 4 content at a later date.[/td][/tr][/table]

Anyone else having major BF4 Issues?

I cannot get into second assault maps. Really stinks if you ask me.

 

Never mind, finally got it resolved...it seems that when you download premium it does not download the map packs, just everything else.

Had to go to "add-ons" and download the map pack separately even though I was informed it was already installed. Sorry!
