    Cannot Access Privacy & Online Safety Settings


    I'm trying to add consent to my child's Microsoft account for Minecraft. He has his own child account, and he is in my family group. He has been able to sign into Minecraft, but cannot add friends.

    I am looking at my xbox account settings page (account.xbox.com). I try to click on the "Privacy & Online Safety" links (there are 2, one of the left, one on the right), which I believe are where the settings are. The page it takes me to tells me "We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found." I can look at my family group through my Microsoft account page and see my family. I also cannot look at any of the settings on this page for my own account.

    I've done this on Chrome and Firefox. I also have tried the xbox app (on android) but didn't see any settings there either. I do not have a console.

    I was eventually able to access that page by just waiting. I did end up having to wait several days before it worked.

    I encourage you to wait a couple of hours or until tomorrow before trying again.
