    I've been trying to access the Microsoft Store on my Xbox One console. I was told to restart the program but everytime I do so it still happens and asking me to refresh. Is there an alternative way to fix this? I did the restart thing about three times and
    nothing happens.

    Can someone help?

    No I haven't.

    Update: I have and it's presumably updated and I still cannot access the store nor I can install anything.

    Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue.

    Generally when this kind of issue presents itself, it's an issue of the speed that your console is getting. I noticed that your console was on the updating part of the initial set up for a good while, so you might want to try doing an

    offline update     or try this reset while connected to another network.

    When you get a chance, give either of those steps a shot and let us know how that helped.

    Ok, so I am still on the console reset and the update isn't proceeding. I am on "Time to update" and no progress has been made is their a way to make this go faster?

    Ok a huge update. I unplugged my internet cable and now it's working. All I did was unplugged my internet cable. Sorry to have kept you guys worried. But I will contact if you anything happens.
