Cannot access Microsoft Store "Begin Upgrade" doesn't work

Where did you try to upgrade to Gamepass Ultimate? Can you try to upgrade it from your browser on these two websites, please?

If you try to do the upgrade on your browser on both websites and it still doesn't work, please let me know and I'll do my best to help you.

Thanks for coming to the forums. Is this on an Xbox console? If so we recommend to

power cycle the console. Once it is back on look for an update for the Microsoft store. Then try launching it again.

The recent outage of Xbox Live is fixed, except i'm still unable to access the store:

you can try powercycling your console, How to
Power cycle

if you still have issues with getting on the website and still showing that error then it still could be on xbox's end.

edit; you can also restart your router/hub to see if it your end also.

An update now all my games won't open I cannot access anything even the store messes up when I put a disc game in it won't launch the store opens but doesn't work so yeah having a great day consider restarting my Xbox
