    Cannot access insider hub, update issue


    Hello,



    I cannot access insider hub because the app won't update, there is an infinite loop. I am trying to update it but it doesn't work, reinstall didn't help either. Any ideas?



    The error I see is "in order to continue using this app, you must update". Even though I do it, nothing happens...

    Not to sure why they would send you back to general forum support, because Xbox Forum support can't access any information regarding your status in the Xbox Insider program. I would suggest you chat with a Xbox Preview support member using the "Chat with
    support People in line: x" feature on the forum I listed above. That will get you directly to a Xbox Preview team member who should be able to get the exact answer to why you can't join, or at least pass your account along to someone who manages registration
    that can.

    Hi,

    Regarding anything with the Xbox Insider program, you'll need to post in the Xbox Preview forums here: https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/forums/6937b0de-f1dc-422c-a331-bdd036790d88_2ddd9da3-b358-46cb-896e-76...

    Once you post there, a preview team member can take a look at your status in the Xbox Insider program. You should still be able to participate in the program as long as there hasn't been any enforcement action taken against you within the past year. In the
    meantime, can you please try removing your account from the console (Settings>Account) and then clearing the consoles cache ( hold down the power button for 8-10sec. till the system shuts down). After that, please re-downlaod your account and try to access
    the Xbox Insider hub again.

    Could be also the fact that there is no more testing slot available for you.

    It could be an issue at Microsoft's end. What I would do is report the issue using the insider app. You should be able to report the issue using the app.
