    Cannot Access Final Fantasy XV Saves, Xbox Gamepass for PC


    Yesterday, the various saves I had for Final Fantasy XV suddenly became blank and were not available for me to load. I uninstalled and reinstalled the whole game, still did not show the saves I had synced with my account.

    Is there a way to have the game read my save files? I confirmed there's files saved "C:\Users\[USER]\AppData\Local\Packages\....FINALFANTASYXVforPC_...\SystemAppData\wgs".

    I even tried a fix where I copied those files, erased those in the referenced folder, started a new game, then replaced the new save with an old save from the copy. It works and I have access to the game! But then the moment I turn my WiFi on when starting
    the game again, it syncs the cloud save files back onto my computer and I'm back at square one with inaccessible save files.

    No matter what option I pick when booting up the game, the service puts the saves it has for me from the cloud (the useless ones) onto my machine when playing the game with my WiFi on, so nowI can't even start a new save file without it interfering. I looked
    to see if there was a way to clear saves from the cloud but it seems to only be an option from the console? Not PC? Not sure what other option I can tinker with to get this fixed.

    Try hard resetting your xbox by holding the xbox logo on your xbox.

    It will slowly be added to Gamepass as they finish with the work that needs to be done to get the 360 titles working on Xbox One.

    We have Final Fantasy XV that was added on 6 February to Gamepass. Others will follow.

    Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to answer your question. It would seem quite a few players are experiencing an issue with downloading this DLC. After verifying on your account that you have the proper License to the content please try removing your profile
    from the Xbox One and redownloading it. Here is an excerpt from the final fantasy website "FINAL FANTASY XV MULTIPLAYER: COMRADES is available to players who purchased FINAL FANTASY XV and the FINAL FANTASY XV Season Pass, FINAL FANTASY XV MULTIPLAYER: COMRADES
    or the previously-released FINAL FANTASY XV MULTIPLAYER EXPANSION: COMRADES (DLC version) ". Please let us know how it goes.
