    Cannot Access Anything on XboxOne error code 0x800401fb


    Woke up this AM to play and an error code came up. I'm not able to access any of my apps, get to home. Have rebooted several times to no avail. Anyone else having these problems?

    xbox locked out with error code

    went to use my xbox one got error code 0x800401fb and cannot access anything on my console ,

    code does not appear in error code list

    mine started with error code 0x80010108 while trying to start any game, suggested resart, to no avail. now in settings im getting error code 0x800401fb. seems to be a current topic given the forum posts. still looking for a solution.

    Unplug the power plug for about 30 sec and plug it back in. Should work fine...did for me.

    I had this pop up so I unplugged power to my xbox one and then plugged it back in. Shutting the console down doesn't work because it is still in a standby state. Unplugging power for about 30 sec and then plugging back in worked like a charm for me.
