    Hi All,

    I am back again and still have made 0 progress. I have been unable to access my account since April of 2020 and have been trying to get help from support ever since then. To say I am frustrated would be the biggest understatement ever.

    I forgot my password to my account. I went to reset the password only to find my old phone number was on the account. I have tried the account recovery forms as prompted by live support at least a dozen times and it has not helped me recover my account.

    I have spoken to live support over 15 times, each time I get different reasons as to why they can't help me. I've had multiple support tickets and cases opened only to get them closed with auto replies, some not responded to at all. I am in live chat again right now and was just told they can't even escalate it for me because my account was not hacked, they say they can't escalate a forgotten password issue.

    Here's the funny part. My wife's phone number is also on the account. Live chat sends a verification code to her phone every time and I verify it yet they say they can't make her phone the primary. I paid for a subscription for 5 months before they canceled it so I didn't have to continue to pay for something I couldn't access. I've purchased a bunch of games under this profile that I cannot access. I can't even begin to explain how frustrating this process has been. We are coming up on a year in April.

    Any suggestions?

    I know it's almost a month late, but once an account is banned, you cannot access the content that was downloaded on it.

    Hi, I purchased an Xbox series X All Access through Game Stop. My 9 year old received it and set it up while I was at work. He claimed the 24 months of Game Pass Ultimate on the wrong account (one that he had made for no reason and didn't realize it was logged in). I wanted the 24 months applied to my main account that I've been using for 16 years. Is there anything that can be done to transfer it to this account? If not, it makes it really pointless for me to have done this all access deal. Thanks.
    Sorry to hear it. Please contact support at https://support.xbox.com/contact-us and ask to be escalated as the first level will not be able to help you. If a Microsoft Advocate is unable to help then you can set that account that the membership is on as Home to share the Gold and Game Pass games. However, EA Access cannot be shared I'm afraid
