Cannon find my Games for Gold offer !! No featured games !

Hello, I know I am not the only one who has this problem. I cant find my GAMES FOR GOLD offer - I go to Games --> browse games and there is no "feautred" panel or nothink like it ! There is no adverts, only 6 green squares - 3 and 3 in two lines..with some
offers..

Where are my games for gold..or "in stores now"...it was there, it is not anymore !

Xbox Gold Dust issue

From the FAQ for this offer:

Games with Gold These offers consist of both downloading and playing a featured Games with Gold for at least 10 hours per month. In order to qualify, you must both download AND play the title during the time it is featured as part of the Games with Gold
offerings for the month. Tracking for these MyChallenges will begin as of December 1, 2017.

Gold Dust: Play a featured Games with Gold title for at least 10 hours during the featured period for 3 months in a row, earn 100 MyVIP Gems

Since Tales from the Borderlands was only featured as a offer from November 16th- December 15th, it would not have qualified for January and February.

Ok then your telling me your paying for a $400 for the camera? Cannon makes a fully featured DSLR for that much, and unlike M$ camera, the Cannon its actually useful.

Sorry to hear it. It could be a glitch in the system. Some people have experienced success in deleting their profile only (not profile and items) from the console then clear the cache and restart then redownload the profile.

Clear the cache by going to Settings>System>Storage and selecting each device then press Y and choose Clear Cache.

Redownload your profile by going to Social>Sign In/Out>Download Profile

In the meantime you can find all current deals and Games With Gold offers on Major Nelson's blog.

If you have access to a computer, you might also try going to XBOX.com and selecting the sales and specials link. That has a way to "purchase" the Games with Gold titles and they will download next time you log into your XBOX Live account on your system.

A trial is a trial. Most trials are specific to the game they came with. They do not offer full access to Gold features which includes Gold only games or trials. In the case of the Halo 4 trial card, this means you will be able to access online multiplayer
for Halo 4 only.

You should read the find print on the back of the trial card.

Sorry to hear it. However, prepaid trials only offer some access to Gold features and are usually limited to the games that they were received with. For example, if you purchased a copy of CoD then the trial would be limited to some CoD multiplayer features.

If you purchased the trials from an outside source you should find out which game they came from.
