cannnot loginto xbox apps on windows 10

I have a microsoft account i use to log into my PC and then a different account to log into xbox game apps. this always worked for me before. but the last few months the xbox apps will only login with the account that i loginto my computer with. if i try switch account to login with my main gaming account i get an invalid json error. i have followed every forum and tip online. i have restarted everything multiple times, i have uninstalled and reinstalled everything, i have cleared cashes and cleared the stuff in the %AppData% folder, i have removed all accounts and re added the accounts. i have changed passwords and setup different ways of authenticating my account. they all do not work i still get the same error when i log into the game pass app that there is invalid Json. the only app i can login to my main gaming account is in the microsoft store. i can login to this account fine in any web browser and i can loginto the account fine on my xbox. the only probelem is when i try log into the xbox companion app or the new xbox Game pass app it tells me Invalid Json everytime. this leads me to believe there is something corrupted in my account in same way with regards to logging into these apps on windows as literally nothing has worked from every "Solution"i have found online and i can login to a different microsoft account in these apps without issue so they are not broken and my PC is not the issue it is the account
