Canned Notice of Enforcement - Agony

Received a Notice of Enforcement for Agony screenshots and clips. I've seen that member's of the Xbox gaming community have been getting them too.

Anything relating to this game being recorded or screenshotted gets a warning? Pretty landscape? Warning. Getting killed by a demon? Warning.

So why allow us to record and stuff?

Great issue was taken with Conan's adult content that when activated, those systems are disabled.

So either someone (or your automated system) has been lazy and is not actually scrutinizing the content captured or that the game has features enabled that shouldn't be and I get the slap on the wrist for it when I should be slapping your enforcement teams.

I'm given features and slapped for using them. Is that the message here? You'll be lazy and punish me for it? You'll put a ball in my hand and the moment I bounce it you'll kick me in the leg?

Agony was censored for console release but issue is still taken?

Probably shouldn't have it on your store...

More something you wanna sweep under the rug than address I imagine- been denied to appeal it. Maybe I'll get a canned answer pointing me to my account rather than an actual answer.

Ive felt this way for a very long time the reporting system is BROKEN. I feel like its just another scam system to generate more cash flow for micirost and does nothing to help the over all comunitty on XBOX LIVE. If I get another Notice of enforcement and
I feel as if I have done nothing wrong I will end my relationship on this gaming platform.

Recorded nudity clips from games such as The Witcher and Mass Effect can also get you a ban.

Best thing to do is just avoid recording them at all. The games themselves are rated M.

So the content is meant for the purchased user and not the community as a whole when it comes to the adult content.

 

Yea, that stinks but I can see why it happens. The whole community can see it.

Imagine if they released the really bad version that makes the game AO (adult only). That’s only available on PC. The console version is watered down.

Agony is one of those games that is so over the top that literally any media for it will violate a terms of service for posting, and believe it or not this is the CENSORED version, Mad Mind was court ordered to remove a lot of content and a number of scenes
from the game due to their graphic nature and depiction of murder and rape. That said, I would contact customer support over this one, and just make sure to not share anything for Anyone moving forward to play it safe.

The issue with M rated material is that once recorded or screenshot, it will appear on your feed to all friends/followers. Some of your friends or followers may not approve of such material for various reasons.
