Cancle of xbox live subscription

i bought an 1 month xbox live subscription an few days ago on my xbox 360.The transaction came through my ph to tell me the payment was successful.Ive just recieved an notification that an another transaction was made that made is two payments on one subscription
now that i want to decline it it won't the reason i want to decline it because my bank account are now on -

Yep, you can transfer your Gold Subscription by contacting Xbox Phone Support, and telling them you would like to cancle your gold subscription on your account. Once the agent cancles it for you, you will then be sent a redeem code of the amount of Gold
Time you have left to your email.

I would contact xbox live support and tell them you situation they will probably be able to cancle the account for you.

Your gamer card is showing in Silver so it's definitely showing that you don't have a Gold subscription. You can check

enforcement.xbox.com/.../ShowEnforcements to see if there has been any Enforcement actions taken against your account. You are showing 0 gamerscore so not sure if your account was banned or if you really haven't earned any achievements. You can also check
your account.microsoft.com/services to see if it shows anything there about your subscription.

If your account did receive a suspension, then per the
Code of Conduct:

"UPON RECEIVING A PERMANENT SUSPENSION, ALL CONTENT LICENSES, GOLD MEMBERSHIP TIME, AND MICROSOFT ACCOUNT BALANCE ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUSPENDED ACCOUNT ARE FORFEITED."

If you did receive an Enforcement Action, then the Enforcement site is where all other inquiries need to be directed since the Support folks can't assist in these matters. Let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

The wrong profile at least explains what we were seeing but since your Value Reality gamer card does show Gold, can you go to the
account.microsoft.com/services and see what it shows for your Gold subscription "Expires On" date.
