    Cancelling Xbox unlimited pass


    Hi

    I purchased th £1 offer for the first month for xbox live ultimate and then forgot to cancel, the next months monies was taken on the first day for the second month for £10.99. I cancelled the subscrition on the same day. Its now showing pending in order
    history, i cant access xbox live anymore. I want to purchase xbox live not unlimited but its saying inalready have this, is this because the payment is pending neither active ir refunded.

    what can i do, and how long does it take?

    100% agree. I don't like using my Lumia 1020 as a music device in the gym, since it's just too big. It looks silly on my arm and bounces around in my pocket. I want a small music player like an ipod, but one that is compatible with my xbox music subscription
    and isn't made by apple. There isn't such thing, so I purchased a sony Walkman and a Sony Unlimited Music Pass. Now I have a Sony Unlimited Music Pass and a Xbox Music Pass. I paid for a year subscription, but will likely cancel the Xbox Music Pass when the
    subscription expires in March 2014.

    Hey, you are able to cancel the game pass unlimited for sure, it is a little hard to find Live and Game Pass separately but with some searching you can find it! Also you can go to a local store and still by the cards also!

    i have not received my discord or spotify code and it has been 10 days since I bought xbox game pass using the offer that including them

    I do not have access to a xbox console as I got the game pass unlimited for my PC.
    They are just ignoring support requests from non-console users which talk about not receiving the codes by mail or Xbox Beta/Companion App; i would recommend just cancelling game pass if you were using it only for discord/spotify premium.
