Cancelling Xbox Game Pass

Good morning,

I have been paying for an Xbox game pass that I have not been using for over a year or two. I have been trying to cancel it (have asked my bank to block the payments but even this has not worked).

The issue is the Xbox account was a very old account of my partners. He cannot remember the email address linked to the account or his gamer tag, both of which I need to log in to his account online and cancel the subscription.

Without logging into the account I am unable to speak to anyone for assistance which has been incredibly frustrating. I have tried phoning the Xbox support number but this is automated and I have even tried contacting Xbox on social media with no response.

I am at my wits end with trying to cancel this subscription. How can I speak to someone to assist me and find the account by searching the linked bank details/name?

I would also like to be refunded because it has just been impossible to cancel this and so I have been paying for a service that I have not used.
