Cancelling Xbox for PC subscription

You will have to cancel the Game Pass Ultimate subscription first, then you can sign up for the Game Pass for PC. Here is the official link => Xbox Game Pass for PC | Xbox.

Hello Mateus, I could be doing better how are you, I tried doing these steps but when i got to the cancel subscription part it just says 'We can’t cancel your subscription" "You've already paid for your Xbox Game Pass for PC subscription".

To submit a cancellation, it can be done on console, within the Xbox PC app, or you can visit the cancelation menu directly online. I will provide the links below that can assist.

I understand how confusion the multiple options of subscriptions can also be. With that being said, I wanted to drop one more link for you that explains the differences through the multiple subscriptions available. If you're playing on PC, it's possible that an Xbox Game Pass subscription on console was purchased or a standard Xbox Live Gold subscription. To access the library of Game Pass games on PC, Game Pass Ultimate or Xbox Game Pass for PC are available.

This is due to all subscriptions are combined into one subscription. Ultimate is Xbox live gold, game pass for console and PC. So yes when you cancel the subscription. It cancels all. This is all explained in the
