If the support could not locate the account and stop it from their end, you will need to get in touch with your bank institution and stop any Microsoft charges from their end.

Have you ever signed up for game pass previously? If so you get a reccuring bill everytime it renews. In order to stop this you need to go to your payment billing info and look for the game pass to stop the reccuring payment. You might even have the chance
to cancel and it'll refund your money if it's not too late.
