so i recently started game-sharing with this friend of mine. However he has a subscription already which is xbox live core, and i wanted to game share game pass ultimate with him so if i cancel his subscription will he have access to my ultimate if i do cancel his subscription and if not how so? the reason i want to game share game pass ultimate with him is for these certain games i play that he doesn’t have access to due to him having xbox live core and not game pass ultimate so in this situation what do i do please respond back as soon as possible

I’m just going to cancel my gamepass subscription and buy it on steam if this doesn’t get sorted soon

Log in on account.microsoft.com with the account that has gamepass, then select services and subscription at the top of the page, then select manage on the game pass subscription, then select cancel subscription.

Hello. you can share gamepass and gold, even if it's ultimate subscription, but unfortunately, gold games, gamepass tasks only have access to the main account and not the secondary

It depends on what kind of subscription you have. The gamepass and gold are usually two separate subscriptions, but the game pass ultimate subscription includes both gamepass and gold. If you have the ultimate subscription, then cancelling it would also
cancel your gold benefits.
