Cancelling a digital pre order that I have already been charged for

Have you logged into your Microsoft account at https://account.microsoft.com/ then you can go to payment and billing and order history is under that tab. You should be able to
process the return from there!

Sorry for the confusion. If you have already canceled the game, it means that you have not been charged which is why there is no refund.

Because if you have been charged or the pre-ordered game and you canceled it, the refund will be automatic. Will depend on your bank on when they will credit back the money.

If you haven't been charged yet, you can cancel the pre-order at http://account.microsoft.com and then pre-order the version you want.

If you have already been charged, you'll need to submit a refund request. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/subscriptions-billing/buy-games-apps/refund-orders

You may need to cancel the pre-order and then pre-order your preferred game edition, Ryan.

Since it's not yet released the refund will be automatic once you cancel if you have been charged already. To cancel the game pre-order you can do so by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders.

If you choose to cancel a pre-order, the pre-order will not bill you when the bill date arrives. Pre-orders charge around 10 days before the release. For more information on pre-orders view:
