Cancelled xbox subscription - still being charged

Hi all,

I'm at a total loss of what to do. I sold my X-box 3 years ago and I'm still being charged the yearly subscription.

I cannot remember my account details or passwords so cannot do an online chat as you need this to get past 1st base.

There seems to be no option to speak to a human being. Does anyone have a phone number i can call to resolve this otherwise im going to be charged every year. I have spoken to my bank and if i cancel my credit card, xbox will take it via another option .

Please help?

see any active subscriptions on any other accounts that you own? Did you ever use your payment instrument on a different account to purchase a subscription? Be sure to let us know the results!

I do not see any active accounts but this account that i have here is getting charged.. i was just charged on the 10th

There is no longer a direct number to support. You can request a call back or chat with them at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not seeing those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" typically work for me.

Thanks for the information.

I have followed the above steps and still cannot get through to anyone.

The only thing I can do is cancel my credit card. I have request a chargeback with my cc company as a fraudulent payment.

It’s a very poor service Xbox provide.
