    Cancelled Game Pass, now my Gold is gone..


    I recently renewed my yearly subscription of Gold. Then I saw the deal for Game Pass ultimate for $1. Figured "why not?" I ended up not really caring for it, so I cancelled my membership. Then it took away my newly renewed xbox live gold membership. Im
    not eager to drop $60 AGAIN because they cancelled my subscription.

    Since Ultimate includes gold, any gold you have on your account when you upgrade is automatically cancelled and converted to Ultimate as well. So by cancelling you cancel everything. You can try contacting support to see if there is anything they can do,
    but otherwise, you'd have to purchase a new subscription. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Once you upgraded to Xbox game pass ultimate, your Xbox live gold will be carried over to Xbox game pass ultimate. For example, if you have Xbox live gold for a year and you upgraded it to Xbox game pass ultimate, your Xbox live gold and xbox game pass for
    console and PC will also be good for 13 months (12 months Xbox live gold+1 month upgrade Xbox game pass Ultimate). If you cancelled the Xbox game pass ultimate, automatically your Xbox live will also be cancelled since it is already merged to the Ultimate.
    You need to contact Xbox Support to reinstate your lost membership.

    Hello, i have a gold account, i recently purchased the gamepass offer of 1€ for 1 month, this converted my account to game pass ultimate. I however changed my mind after a few days and cancelled the gamepass subscription. But now my gold account is gone
    too and i have to join and pay again even though i only paid the yearly last month??? Thanks
