Cancelled digital pre order is still playable on release day...

Hello I was wondering if someone could help me. So a few weeks ago I pre ordered the digital version of Quantum Break and about a week later I decided to get the physical copy instead. So I contacted Microsoft via their chat to get my digital pre order cancelled,
they quickly refunded my order which I was very happy with, but there seems to be one problem... I still have the digital version of the game on release day. I have the physical copy right now but I can still play the game without the disc!! I'm worried I
will get in trouble for this

Downloading on Xbox One

Will we be able to pre-download games on the Xbox one so they are playable on the day they come out? Also will all games be offered in digital form on day one? Finally, is there a way to keep my library all digital and still get pre-order exclusives?

Digital pre-ordering can have some advantages if it's done right. A digital pre-order could come with game add-ons that day one purchases may not get, the same as disc pre-orders. Plus, MS could do what Steam does and allow you to download the game a few
days in advance, ready to be unlocked and playable on the day of release.

Same with digital pre-orders too, I know the games are supposed to be playable without waiting for install anyway, but say you pre-order a game digitally, it would be nice to have the majority of it installed before the release date hits. So say at midnight
when it's released the whole game is pretty much there ready to be played.

games will be sold at release at the retail stores.. you can also pre order and have them shipped or if you are like me and probably a majority of the people... just download the digital version the day the game is released... No real reason to pre order
unless you want the free DLC or content that comes with a pre order.. and even still... day one digital downloads might also include that content...

when you pre-order a game you are charged sometime within 10 days of release

You can cancel your order and try ordering again, you're still in the pre-order window, so any bonuses should apply
