Canceled my xbox gamepass ultimate to get the three months offer

You can try to see that with the support but i think it's impossible. The subscription is on, you can't cancelled it to benefit from another promotion

Try canceling the 3 month subscription and then contact xbox support asking them if there is a way to get back your previous subscription.

No one in the forums will be able to assist with getting your prior subscription back and that you may have to repurchase the subscription.

Be aware the first line in the details of the
Game Pass Ultimate $1 promotion, states "*Not valid for existing Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members, other exclusions apply."

Also be aware (more for future reference) that some games/devices may have a code in them for an Ultimate trial. Be sure to read the fine print if it's for New Subscribers only to know if you will be able to utilize it.

You can try Contacting Support(http://support.xbox.com/contact-us) to request a callback to see if the prior subscription reinstated, but you may not get you the results you want.

The offer of £1 is purely for new members to the GamePass ultimate subscription.

There is a way to get ultimate at the cost of gold plus one month of ultimate but you will have to wait now without owning GamePass for the required time (i believe its 1 year but can't confirm that)

It is a straight conversion of 1:1

I ended up with 36 months of Ultimate for the price of Gold membership for the three years (I got it on an awesome offer of £24 a year) and then paid the £1 for 3 months of GamePass Ultimate. 36 months is the limit to how many months it will work for so
there was some overspill but essentially it cost me £73 for three years of GamePass ultimate
