    Canceled 24 Month Game Pass Ultimate


    I picked up an All Access Xbox Series X from Target this week. During the console set up I was able to redeem the 24 month Gamepass token. A day later I received an email from Microsoft that **** token was refunded. I did not enter my account, initiate or confirm any cancellation of my 24 month Gamepass token. My account is back to a recurring gamepass payment ON TOP of the Citizen One payment I will need to pay which should include my 24 months of Gamepass.

    My first Costumer Agent call seemed to be leading me on the right track and he seemed positive there was a way to resolve this issue. Unfortunately the call was dropped, he left me a voicemail to call him back. Also unfortunately, there is no direct way to call an agent back. I got back into the online callback queue. My next agent said my ticket was elevated to the "One up" team and I should be hearing back with a follow up on resolving my issue. I never got a follow up.

    The virtual agent I talked to this morning said it was not a Microsoft issue that the Gamepass ultimate was refunded but a retailer issue. Which seems absurd to me. So I contacted Target, who unsurprisingly said this is an Xbox Issue.

    Since I've reached my callback limit there is no way to receive a call from an agent. I have requested to a virtual agent that my ticket be escalated to a supervisor and they said I should be contacted, but this is now two hours later.

    To me this seems to be on Xbox and Microsoft to reinstate the my 24 months of Gamepass that was somehow canceled on their end. I've gone through so many conversations and hoops to go through for something so seemingly easy to fix.

    I've now gone through 3 costumer agent calls, two virtual agent chats and am (hopefully) waiting on a response from a supervisor.

    This is not posted for any questions but for visibility on the lack of help or useful from the Xbox Customer service team for something that should be resolved through them.

    I bought an Xbox series X on klarna. Do I have to return it when payments are finished?

    It just means that you cannot cancel the 24 months of game pass ultimate to reduce the payments. The console is still yours after the payments.

    Xbox Live Gold 12 Month Cancelled After Cancelling a $1.00 Game Pass Subscription

    I just activated a 24-month Xbox Live Gold subscription tonight. I want to take advantage of the "Join for $1" Game Pass, which will convert my 24 month "Live" subscription to an "ultimate." But I'm very confused as to what will really happen. In one
    place, it says "Joining Xbox Game Pass Ultimate will upgrade your remaining Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass for Console or Xbox Game Pass for PC time into Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for the same amount of
    time, up to 36 months. All conversions are final. See xbox.com/gamepass for details. " So I think "Oh great, this $1 will upgrade the entire 24 month subscription to "ultimate" for a total of $1." But when I actually click "Join," the message tells
    me that I will be charged $1 for the first month and then $14.95/month for every month after that (and that if I cancel Game Pass subscription after the trial period, that I will be cancelling my entire subscription... I like the idea of $1 to permanently
    upgrade (for 24 months). But if I click join (and accept terms) and then find out that it is actually $14.95/month and that the only way to cancel is to lose my 24-month prepaid subscription to "Live Gold," then I'd be super unhappy.

    The Xbox Game pass ultimate has Gold with it but if you put in a 12 month code for gold at the end of January it should have converted the 12 month pass

    Did you have the ultimate game pass before you put in the code for the 12 months of gold?

    If so when you put in the 12 months it would have per the above conversion table just added 4 months onto the end date of your game pass ultimate.

    Did you possibly go in and accidentally cancel the game pass ultimate? This would have also cancelled the gold subscription.

    Most likely an error on Game's website... it's still down i guess...

    The series X is:

    • 449£ for the Standalone.
    • 695£ in total for the one with 24 months of Game Pass Ultimate (All Access) (28.99£ pr. month of 24 months)

    And the series S is:

    • 249£ for the Standalone.
    • 504£ in total for the one with 24 months of Game Pass Ultimate (All Access) (20.99£ pr. month of 24 months)

    So the 24 months of Game Pass Ultimate will cost you around 250£ with All Access.

    It means that the time you got left on those suscriptions will be automatically converted to Ultimate Areeb.

    Here is the convertion ratio:

    1 month of Gold = 20 days of Ultimate

    3 months of Gold 50 = days of Ultimate (1+ month)

    6 months of Gold 79 = days of Ultimate (2+ months)

    12 months of Gold 4= months of Ultimate

    24 months of Gold 8= months of Ultimate

    1 month of Xbox Game Pass (Console Games)= 20 days of Ultimate

    3 months of Xbox Game Pass (Console Games)= 2 months of Ultimate

    6 months of Xbox Game Pass (Console Games)= 4 months of Ultimate

    12 months of Xbox Game Pass (Console Games)= 5 months of Ultimate

    24 months of Xbox Game Pass (Console Games)= 10 months of Ultimate
