    Dear

    My EA access was automatically prolongued. I tried to cancel this immediately and was told on the chat that I would get a refund. How does this work? When will this be refunded? Any way of getting an official response from someone working for xbox? Because
    they seem to be impossible to contact... twitter - no response ; chat - a volunteer, I thought he helped me very good but was his response correct? ; through their site I get forwarded to a useless FAQ ; this forum seems to be my last solution?
