Cancel XBOX live abonement not possible

Hi! i try to cancel my xbox live abonement but this "service" has problems over days now. there is no one i can directly ask for support from the microsoft staff, thanks for that! maby here is anyone who can help.

I WANNA BREAK EVERYTHIING

okkkkkk its not a xbox error code , but I DONT FIND SUPPORT ANYWHERE , NO WHERE i Mean , I just wanna cancel my abonement , the game pass was supose To get paid on the 21 but I really taught It was the 25 and that my gold abonement was on the 21 ..... I
really dont want the gamepass , can you just cancel it , I put it on a old credit card because I coulndt Cancel it ...............

As far as I know, It's not possible to permanently delete an Xbox Live account, you can only cancel it (which means cancelling the xbox gold subscription)

Stop with your survey 's no use there is a problem of synchronization of the achievements and Xbox Live but it you do not want to admit you pay a abonement for which the service is not running to complete . We 're to have many of the problems and achievements
can matter the game .
