    cancel subscription- Xbox Live


    We have an XBox account under *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***. This is not working and we have a subscription for Xbox Live. We are not able to recover the account through normal means and have tried several times. We are planning to delete the account, unless someone can help us, or at least cancel the subscription. We need help, but cannot reach an actual person to help us.

    We have input the card information and the password, but do not have access to the old phone number that was associated with the account. The AI support is very poor and the phone number is also very poor. I am extremely disappointed in your customer service in general and your account support. Every webpage leads us in a circle and never goes anywhere productive where a person can advise us on what to do in this case.
