    Hi Microsoft

    At somepoint in june i pre ordered middle earth shodow of war but unfortunately i lost my account so i decided to create a new account and pre ordered the game again but now i have my account back i dont want to pay for two copys.

    Cancelling pre-order games?

    Hi, as the Ambassador says you can cancel the pre-order by contacting Xbox support, I would recommend you call them by phone.

    Can I cancel a pre-order?

    Yes, before we release the game, you can cancel your pre-order by contacting Xbox Support.
