    Cancel pre order.

    So i need to cancel a pre order but my phone number changed so i changed the number on account they sent me a code but now its telling me to wait until next month that i'll be able to talk to xbox support and i need to cancel the pre order as a family member
    has purchased it for me already.

    Help please!

    I have already konatkt the German support, but I was at 3 call after 10- 15 min wait then thrown out of the line. not nice. But then I'll probably call again tomorrow. My order is canceled, but I have the problem that I have not received any e-mail confirmation, so I'm looking for the help. Sorry for the bad english, help from the translator :)

    I pre-ordered the standard Hogwarts Legacy edition but would like to upgrade to the deluxe. Is there any way to do that?

    I'm sorry but there is no option for an upgrade. You may need to cancel the pre-order and then pre-order your preferred game edition.

    To cancel it you need to sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billiing/orders and then locate the game order.
