    You could also try to refund the subscription and purchase it again after the refund. To cancel a subscription and ask for a refund, please go to:

    https://account.microsoft.com/services

    - Select Manage next to the subscription you want to cancel.

    - Select Cancel subscription or Turn off recurring billing.

    - Select Cancel immediately and get a refund.

    Hello, subscription can be cancelled through billing and subscriptions through microsoft.com. Cancel subscription and make sure reoccuring payment is turned off. As far as a refund you might need to call in and speak with a live representative to see if that is possible.

If you qualify for a refund, you will see the option to cancel immediately and request a refund when reviewing your subscription status.
