Cancel my subscribtion

Based on the description, you were charged for Minecraft Realms subscription and wanted to cancel because you are not using the service. Let us check and see on what we can do to help address your concern in a timely manner.



You can cancel your subscription from your app store's subscription settings. View your subscription from the settings menu in-game to find out which app store processed your purchase. If you have a subscription with your Microsoft account, you can manage your subscription from Services & subscriptions while signed in to your account.

Follow the steps below to check:

1. Go to account.microsoft.com/services.

2. Sign in with the Microsoft account that you used to purchase the subscription.

3. Find the Minecraft Realm subscription and select "Manage".

4. Select "Cancel" and follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.

• The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.
  
• On the final window, you will be presented with multiple options. We suggest selecting either the "Chat online" or the "Request a call" options to speak with someone. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible.
  
• If you cannot get connected to the support, please use the Virtual Agent and enter this exact phrase, "Talk to an agent".

I don't have informations about paying for my subscribtion but on Microsoft store i have information about outstanding pay. I bought xbox game pass and i think that i cancel my subscribtion but im not sure

I am sorry for any spelling mistakes, but i have dyslexia.

I canceled my xbox gamepass subscribtion, but today it still got charged. I want my money back, beacause i canceled it last month!!!!!!!!!!

If you are referring to canceling the recurring billing of a subscription to avoid being charged for the next billing period, please follow the procedure below:

1. Go to the services and subscriptions page and make sure you are logged into the account for which you want to cancel the recurring billing:

2. In the subscription for which you want to cancel the recurring billing, select "Manage" and then choose "Turn off recurring billing".
