    Cancel game pass error and refund impossible


    Hi sick to death going in circles when 2 year old pressed button to purchase £79 in Vbucks. Cant get an error. Now I have cancelled xbox gold, I am trying to cancel the game pass and for the past 72 hours it says -

    ”we ran into an error while disabling recurring billing” what do I do to cancel now?????????

    Sorry to hear it. You'll definitely need to contact phone support for more help with this. They should be able to help with the cancelling of the membership and refund request. It looks like you may be living in the UK so you can dial one of these numbers

    Renewed Game Pass, now it says it's cancelled

    It doesn't. I paid for the monthly renewal, but it says it was cancelled. I didn't cancel it. So I either want my money back, which seems impossible cause it says I haven't purchased anything or to turn the effing game pass back on. I'm not paying these
    clowns $15 to cancel my game pass.
