Cancel an EA subscription and transfer the balance to Ultimate

You say that you cancelled your subscription to Ultimate a few days ago, did you subscribe to Game Pass Core (sorta used to be Gold) after cancelling Ultimate? When you cancel Ultimate, it cancels all of it. Game Pass, EA Play, Online Multiplayer,...all of it. Once cancelled, you have no subscription at all and need to resubscribe to whichever level you want.

Its very easy to cancel a subscription. You go to your subscriptions in account settings and select "Cancel" As long as you don't have an outstanding balance owed it will cancel it. If you owe you must pay the remaining balance before you can cancel the
subscription.

As for the repairs. Consoles come with a limited 1 year warranty and some repairs have a fee. This is still cheaper then buying a new one. Ultimately the decision is yours however.

Hello Tadis, you don't need to cancel your EA PLay, the Game Pass Ultimate subscription already has EA play, if you already have EA in your Microsoft account, you can purchase the Game Pass Ultimate subscription from the same account, which will keep your progress and data you already have from EA.

You would need to pay off the balance you owe and cancel the ultimate subscription if you don't want it before you would be able to purchase or pay for a new gold subscription no matter what payment method you use.
