    I'd like to cancel my membership automatically renew service

    I'd like to cancel my membership automatically renew service, but failed. I can't cancel
    my credit card binding,because I have a subscription service..

    I want to cancel this month membership, and then cancel the membership function
    of the automatic renewal.

    He has been automatically deducted my 2 month membership fee.

    you will need to contact tech support in regards to refunding you for the xbox live.

    i believe the membership needs to be in the early days to get a refund.

    Scroll down to step 4, select chat with xbox support -> fill in your name and the reason why.

    Umm, there's a difference between disabling auto-renewal and CANCELLING the membership. You my friend, have cancelled your Membership, not the automatic renewal.

    Most likely your membership is canceled if you have psu membership you will have to call to cancel that

    You can cancel it on the xbox dashboard by scrolling all the way to the right. Choose Accounts then choose Memberships. You'll be able to cancel the Zune trial/membership from there.
