    The only thing to do is to change your password for your microsoft account. After that you can login in Minecraft.

    Yes. Go to xbox.com and then click on your Microsoft account. Then proceed to "my info" there you'll be prompted to enter your password or a security code. Afterwards you can change your primary alias. After you have changed your primary alias, there are
    no consequences to completely terminating the old email.

    No Barriers Password Change

    Even with the no barriers once you change your password on your account ANY console that your profile is on the next time someone tries to sign into you account it will ask for the new password.

    So if you changed your password and your account was on your friends console with a no barriers to sign in the next time your friend tries to sign into your account on his console it will ask for the new password.

    By doing that, it will sign your account out asking for the new password if anyone tried to sign in using your account!
