The reason for my ban, as stated in your policies, could be related to slurs. While I acknowledge the seriousness of such violations and the need for strict enforcement, I assure you that I have not engaged in any more than banter amongst players while using Xbox services.

My account has never been involved in any form of Xbox console tampering, online fraud, or other activities that would warrant a device suspension or ban. I have always adhered to the Microsoft Services Agreement and have strived to maintain a positive and respectful online presence.

I am an avid Xbox user who values the Xbox Live community and respects Microsoft's guidelines and standards. I have invested significant time and resources to build my gaming profile, connect with friends, and participate in various multiplayer experiences. Losing access to these features has impacted my ability to enjoy the platform and severed valuable connections with fellow gamers.

Given the severity of the ban and the potential impact on my gaming experience, I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter. I am confident that a closer examination of my account history will reveal that there has been a misunderstanding or misidentification leading to my unjust suspension. I am more than willing to cooperate by providing any additional information or evidence that may assist in resolving this issue promptly. I believe in the fair and just administration of Xbox policies and trust that this matter will be resolved with careful consideration.

Eight years, countless hours, and numerous (and numerous) purchases, all gone in an instant.

I look forward to a positive response from the Xbox Community and the opportunity to continue enjoying the Xbox services I have come to appreciate and cherish.

Your wasting your time posting here as the enforcement team don't use the forums.

You'll need to go to the enforcement site HERE & file for a case review if eligible.

Unfortunately you have a generation of people now who are offended by everything so something you my consider ok they wont & will report it so you need to watch what you say.

Microsoft are like Disney, woke, if you mention anything that is rated above E then you will be banned, messages are monitored via AI and so is chat. too many bans will lead to perma ban, if you say something bad very bad then it will be perma ban.

you get one review that you do through enforcement site/family site, if they deny the review that's it, done, no recourse and no other way to contact them, support are not able to help.

Yeah, I appealed the Communication Ban as well as the Permanent Suspension. They denied both, saying:

During this time, it was discovered that this account was harassing other players through written or verbal communications on Xbox Live. This can include the use of slurs, threats, trolling, or other attempts to abuse others. With that in mind, a permanent enforcement was issued to your account to better match the account's overall violations.

Xbox Live has several features at your disposal for dealing with troublesome players, such as Mute and Block, and if you feel a customer has violated Xbox’s Community Standards, you can file a complaint. Even if you didn't start the argument, harassment is never permitted on Xbox Live, and players who engage in retaliatory abuse are just as likely to receive enforcement action as the other player.

We feel strongly that all gamers deserve to be welcomed, respected, and supported. No matter who you are, where you come from, or how you play, everyone deserves an enjoyable Xbox Live experience. If the actions of others result in a player feeling unwelcome or unsafe, the entire community is affected. Even if the behavior was intended simply as smack talk, when such language can abuse, demean, or otherwise cause genuine offense it’s no longer smack talk, but harassment.
