Can you use all Microsoft credits at once?

Missing 2000 Bing Rewards Points

I think you might be confusing Bing credits with Xbox Live points. When you use Bing rewards, you are awarded Bing credits which can all be used here:
www.bing.com/.../all. Since Microsoft Points have been phased out, the term for Xbox Live currency is "Microsoft Currency". Note that you can use your Bing credits to redeem MS
Currency gift cards which can be used on Xbox Live.

i was credit an amount for a game: xbox fitness that was being terminated soon but i can't find that

The credits would have been deposited into your Microsoft account balance. You would use that as your payment method when making a purchase in order to use the credit. You can verify your balance and check for the deposit at Sign in to your Microsoft account

From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

Once these Credits are deposited into your account, you can use as much of the currency as you like, and the deposit will be of all available Credit you have at the time the deposit is requested.

If you had 5,000 pending before the 1st, they would have been scheduled for deposit today.

Generally if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. Credits have to remain pending through 1 deposit cycle.

so when will I get me full balance by 30th of next month... is they just deposit 5000 at a time

No. Since they were pending after March 1, they would be scheduled to deposit on the 29th.
