    I am in the IT department at the USS Midway Museum. We are a 501.c3 organization and have a robust education department. We are setting up 30 Windows 11 PC's for a flight simulator room. Can we use an Organizational Account to purchase and install 30 instances of Microsoft Flight Simulator from the Microsoft Store? All of our business email accounts are @midway.org addresses which you do not allow for setting up individual Microsoft accounts. Is there a way for non-profit businesses to get 30 MS accounts or a way to purchase and get licenses for 30 MS Flight Simulator installations?

    You can install any game you have purchased under one account, on any PC you want, but, that game can only be played using that particular account. It will not work without it.

    Thanks for the quirk response. Can I use one account to purchase 30 licenses and then install and run on 30 PC's 30 simultaneously with the same account?

    These games are licensed for use in private homes only, they are not licensed for public exhibition, so you can't use them that way out of the box

    Do you already have someone handling your account at Microsoft? They should be able to point you to the correct person who can handle all the paperwork of that kind of request. They have specific rules they licensed IP (like planes, weather data, etc) under from their manufacturers, so we don't want anyone to get in trouble.
