Can you transfer purchased items from one account to the other

No, there isn't a way to transfer content from one account to the other. However, you can set your Xbox as one account's home Xbox to play all games and use all subscriptions on the other account.

Regrettably, Microsoft cannot transfer game licenses to other accounts. Do you have the profile on a console at all? On X360, the email account along with your Gamertag, should cycle to at the top of the screen, if you have that option enabled.

If you need to recover your password, try signing into Outlook.com (or whichever provider you used for the email address) and click on the 'Forgot Password?' link. Every provider has this option, so look around for it on the login page. From there, it's
down to you to answer what they ask, regarding account security.

There is no way to transfer purchased items from one account to another, you can use the

Xbox Home feature though.

I suggest you look through your old email accounts (if you still have access to them) and see if there are any emails from Microsoft, or Xbox there.

But since you can not remember the email or password, it can be really hard to recover the account. So It's best to get in touch with customer support and see if they can help in any way.
