    Please be aware that they won't provide you with the exact time you have been caught cheating, as this may give an indication on who has reported you. But they will provide you with a generic reason, as they have done above.



    If your friend feels as though the enforcement action is inaccurate and is eligible, they can submit a case appeal to the Xbox Enforcement team via their enforcement history here: Xbox Enforcement History | Xbox Support

    If they click onto the enforcement action, they may see a button where they can submit a case appeal. However, this will only show if they are eligible.

    Banned without reason in my xbox one and little help from xbox

    You can't file for a case review on a console ban.

    Another question is why would you have 10 of your friends accounts on your console?

    An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why the console was banned.
    I'll tell you why, I wanted to transfer game licenses to play in my xbox console and leave the profiles there nose if xbox I took it wrong and that's why I veto the console. I was not sent an email telling me why, I will ask my friends.
