Can you set my home xbox?

hello, just wondering how many times you have reset your home xbox. Remember you are only give 5 home resets per year

Hello NANIII1 if you are still having issues with this, I would recommend calling an official agent directly via phone at 18004myxbox(18004699269) so the agent can pull up your account and further assist.

Thanks for your response. There are no consequences or charges for using the Home Xbox feature; if you prefer not to use it, you can remove the previous Home Xbox association by setting your profile to home by visiting Settings>Personalization>My home Xbox
from there you can select "Make this my home Xbox" to set your profile as home.

Is your Xbox One console your home Xbox? You can check this by:

Scroll left from Home to open the guide.

Select Settings.

Select All Settings.

Select Personalisation.

Select My home Xbox.

Review the information, and then do one of the following:

Select Make this my home Xbox to designate the console as your home Xbox.

Select This is not my home Xbox to remove the designation.

NOTE: You can only have one home Xbox.
