    Can you send a complaint about Xbox Support?


    So I've been having an issue with my DVR clip being removed it was one of my favorites, and I messaged Xbox support on twitter a few days ago and they are ignoring me again. I messaged them about a month ago with MCC and H5 not loading and they ignored
    me. So is it possible I can complain about their support to someone? They are just wasting my time and the way they are treating one of their customers isn't right.

    I'm not sure if there is a method for complaints specifically, but you can try

    contacting support     and asking them about it.

    You can send a report to an Xbox Support team member, and you can also use the File Complaint system. I advise you and your friends all file a complaint so it will get the attention of the enforcement team.
