Can you request games for Xbox Play Anywhere?

Hello, so I heard about XBOX Play Anywhere, and thought it was pretty cool, but I was soon disappointed at the lack of games, and the fact that it is only NEW games. One of the biggest reasons why I was so excited was the problem i was having with games
(specifically Rainbow 6: Siege and other multiplayer games). They range from disconnecting to XBOX Live from 8000 ping. Specifically in R6 Siege, I disconnect after 3 matches of playing and have to quit the game and restart it. On other multiplayer games on
my PC, I have no 8000 ping or connection issues. So, why not re-buy the games for PC? Well (for Rainbow 6: Siege, at least) I am pretty far: All DLC, All character unlocks, A lot of headgears and skins. I started playing this game close to the day it came
out, so I would have to work very hard to restart the game, so I can actually PLAY it. So why can't I play my full DLC game, on a Windows computer? Why can I play XBOX-PC games like Sea of Thieves, ARK Survival, State of Decay, etc. but not a older game (should
be less of a problem since its older) like Rainbow 6 Siege (that's not even a XBOX exclusive)?

All in all, is there any way I can request games for XBOX Play Anywhere

YOu can always post at Xbox Ideas, powered by UserVoice Although some of it might be down to the publishers as well.

The ones that decides is a title is an Xbox play anywhere game are the developers, not Microsoft.

If the developer doesn't release the game as an Xbox play anywhere could be to a different reasons. (For example, economic reasons)

Unfortunately that game, NHL 16, is not a game that can be played on Windows 10. It can only be played on the Xbox One console. It does not appear on the Xbox Play Anywhere List:

You might contact the developer Madruga Works through the official Dawn of Man website to request this to be added to the Play Anywhere group of games, or to request K/M support for the console version. If you would
prefer a PC version of the game, it is currently on Steam.
