    Can you report a GT if someone has committed a crime and admitted to it in a Xbox live party?


    I was recently in a party with some close friends when on person ive recently met had a friend join who turned out to be her boyfriend he basically abused her while we were present and admitted to commiting a felony can i report this to xbo live?

    You should still report them. Evem though it is technically not a code of conduct violation, the enforcement team could still provide information to the authorities.

    The report feature regards only rules as stated in the Code of Conduct, any other sort of criminal activity as described in the penal code of your state or country should be reported at the local law enforcement.

    This situation is complicated sadly, I do not think you can report them for it to xbox live. But If you know the person location ect I think you can take that to local police enforcement. That is all I think you can do.

    this is complicated, since, I think, what he said doesn't go agaisnt the xbox live rules; and these crimes are enforced by the police.
