google play store can only be used on Android smartphones, so it cannot be used on PC because it is Microsoft. I advise you to see on the right store

But all the local retail stores here only provide Google Play Giftcards. Also, you said that it can only be used on Android Smartphones, I am using an Android smartphone and I don't think that really matters because even if I use my phone to purchase Minecraft
Windows 10 Edition, it would still get me through the Microsoft Store Payment Method and The Gift Card Redeeming Method is probably not gonna work by redeeming Google Play Giftcards because Microsoft just don't provide that option or addition.
