    no you cannot sign up for any subscription services without a method of payment. As long as you are legally able to open a bank account you should be able to open a PayPal

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have questions on the Ultimate subscription. Since the Ultimate subscription contains Xbox live gold, game pass for console and PC. Any codes redeemed for these convert to ultimate time. You will need to
    wait until the ultimate subscription completely runs out. Then redeem your codes for Xbox live gold. You can view the

    ultimate game pass FAQ     for more detailed information.

    No. For the PC, you only need Game Pass for PC if you want to use Game Pass. Gold is only required to play online on the console. You can still play online on the PC without Gold.
