    Can you recover purchases from a hacked accout?


    A few months back my Microsoft account was hacked. I reported it and it was closed down as they verified it was hacked. However I had a few purchases (games) on that account. Is there a way I could submit the proof of purchase get them back? I really don't want to buy the games again and run the risk of losing them again.

    Will I be able to recover anything that was purchased that was in a hacked account? A minecraft purcahse for example.
    If you can recover the hacked account, then yes. Otherwise no since everything is tied to the account that originally purchased it and nothing is transferable between accounts.

    i really dont think anyones accout is secure one time my friends accout was hacked he he said he would never get hacked and it was on a pc game just like the xbox way with security question and stuff like but the poof offline he went
