Can you re-appeal or shorten account bans?

I was attempting to change my Gamerpic to a picture that I was unsure about, using the Xbox App. When I attempted to change my gamerpic it did not work, so I was under the assumption that it was not appropriate for Xbox. The next morning my dad (my account is under his email) received emails saying I received 8 strikes regarding the gamerpic. My account is now banned for a full year. I attempted to appeal on the extra strikes and they were all denied. I had no previous strike prior to this. I also did not mean any harm or offense in changing my profile picture, it was because I thought it was genuinely funny. The Xbox App also never gave me a pop up or warning regarding the picture. Is there anyway I could re-appeal or possible?

If you don't have the option for a case review in your enforcement history, then I'm afraid there is nothing further that can be done. Support is unable to assist as only the Safety Team can respond to specific enforcement matters and they do not use the forums. They are only contactable through the case review process.

You can get the ban shortened sometimes just go to the xbox enforcment website

Console.bans are not reviewable you can only appeal account bans

once an account is banned you can only find out WHY it was banned but not to appeal it, they do not reverse bans all you can do is continue using your new account and do not get banned this time.

While the acccount ban can be appealed, it is unlikely to succeed if there was a hardware ban. You can check on another Xbox whether the games are still accessible, it depends on the level of account ban.

Hardware bans cannot be reversed

I suggest you file the appeal, as you may receive greater clarification in doing so. Appeals are the only way anyone outside of Xbox, including us can contact the enforcement team.
