Can you please refund my gamerta

No one in the forums can issue refunds. Gamertag changes are not refundable.

You can reach out to official support to see if they can do anything by going to http://support.xbox.com/contact-us.

Keep in mind it can take a bit before the new tag will show everywhere.

Firstly there is no way for 2 gamertags to be attached to the same email address and password and secondly no there is no way to merge them into one account.
